استكملت الشركة العربية لخدمات الإنترنت والاتصالات «سلوشنز»، الرائدة في تمكين التحول الرقمي في المملكة العربية السعودية، استحواذها على نسبة 88.19% من شركة «جيزة سيستمز» حيث بلغت القيمة المعتمدة للمنشأة 158 مليون دولار.
وتأتي صفقة الاستحواذ، التي تعد الأولى من نوعها، لترسخ الدور الذي تعمل عليه «سلوشنز» لتعزيز ريادة المملكة في قطاع تقنية المعلومات بما يتماشى مع رؤية 2030، حيث تهدف السعودية إلى زيادة مساهمة قطاع الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ليصل إلى 13.3 مليار دولار، وتنمية القطاع بنسبة 50% بحلول العام 2030. إذ تمثل هذه الصفقة خطوة مهمة نحو تنفيذ استراتيجية النمو الطموحة التي وضعتها مجموعة stc للتوسع في أسواق وخطوط أعمال جديدة، والاستفادة من الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة، نتيجة زيادة الطلب على خدمات الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات في أسواق المنطقة.
وتعليقًا على اكتمال الاستحواذ، قال م. عمر النعماني، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة «سلوشنز»: “يؤكد هذا الاستحواذ التزامنا بتحقيق مستهدفات استراتيجية النمو لمجموعة stc، لذا كان هذا القرار الاستراتيجي بالاستحواذ على «جيزة سيستمز» من أجل تحقيق هدفنا لترسيخ مكانة «سلوشنز» بصفتها شركةً رائدة في سوق الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات على مستوى المنطقة.” وأضاف: “ستستمر «جيزة سيستمز» بمكانتها المستقلة وسنعمل معًا على تحقيق التكامل بهدف تنويع المعروض من الخدمات لعملاء الشركتين داخل السوق السعودي والأسواق العالمية”.
وقال أسامة سرور، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ «جيزة سيستمز»: “يأتي استحواذ «سلوشنز» على «جيزة سيستمز» في وقتٍ تشهد فيه أسواق المنطقة نموًا استثنائيًا في قطاع الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات، لذا فإنّ هذه الخطوة ستمكّننا جميعًا من تعزيز الخدمات الرقمية في المنطقة. كما تفخر «جيزة سيستمز» بأن تكون جزءًا من هذا الإنجاز المهم، والذي سيمكّنها من تسريع نموها ودخول السوق السعودية المزدهرة بشكل أكبر.”
الجدير بالذكر أنّ الإعلان الأول لهذه الصفقة كان في شهر أبريل من العام الجاري، حيث أعلنت شركة «جيزة سيستمز» أنّها تلقّت عرضًا من «سلوشنز» وقد وافقت على ذلك الإدارة العليا للشركة. إذ تُعد «جيزة سيستمز» شركة متطورة في مجالها، وتقدّم خدمات تشمل تكامل الأنظمة والتطبيقات، بالإضافة إلى التقنيات الناشئة، حيث تُوجد مكاتبها لخدمة عملائها في أكثر من 25 دولة حول العالم.

Saudi’s solutions by stc completes first-of-its-kind acquisition of Giza Systems with an enterprise value of 158 million dollars
Saudi Arabia-based solutions by stc, which is a leading enabler of digital transformation in the Kingdom, has completed the acquisition of 88.19% stakes of Giza Systems with an enterprise value worth 158 million dollars.
The acquisition, which is the first of its kind, marks the leading role of solutions by stc in enabling digital transformation in Saudi Arabia in line with Vision 2030, where Saudi Arabia aims to increase the contribution of the Information Technology and Communications sector towards national GDP to reach $13.3 billion, and the development of the sector by 50% by 2030.
This deal represents an important step towards implementing the ambitious growth strategy set by stc Group to expand into new markets and business lines, and to invest in promising business opportunities, as a result of the increased demand for communications and information technology services in the region’s markets.
Commenting on the completion of the acquisition, Eng. It is worth noting that the first announcement of this acquisition was made in April of this year, when Giza Systems announced that it had received an offer from solutions which was approved by its board of directors.
