في خبر عاجل ورد لموقع “باور نيوز” منذ قليل اعتمد المهندس شريف اسماعيل رئيس مجلس الوزراء يوم الاربعاء الماضي قرارا يتضمن جداول اسعار تعريفة التغذية للمرحلة الثانية التي يبدأ سريانها يوم 28 أكتوبر القادم

وقال مسئول بارز بوزارة الكهرباء  والطاقة ان القرار سيتم توزيعه وارساله رسميا الي المستثمرين والمطورين بنظام تعريفة التغذية بعد نشره في الجريدة الرسمية للدولة المصرية خلال ايام

واشار الي ان المكتب القانوني للسيدة مني ذو الفقار وهو المكتب الذي يعمل لحساب الاستشاري الالماني فيشنر اوشك علي الانتهاء من مراجعة  الصيغة النهائية لبند التحكيم في اتفاقية شراء الطاقة

حيث اوضح المسئول ان الصيغة النهائية ستتضمن اللجوء الي مركز القاهرة للتحكيم التجاري الدولي في حال نشوب اية نزاعات محتملة بين المستثمرين والوزارة وفي حالة نقض قرار مركز القاهرة سيسمح للمستثمرين بالتحكيم في احد مقاعد مراكز المنازعات المعتمدة في جنيف او باريس بناءً علي طلب الجهات الدولية الممولة

واكد المسئول قائلا  (نعتقد اننا بهذا قد ارسلنا اشارات طمأنة الي كل المستثمرين بأن الدولة المصرية مثلما راعت مصالحها المشروعة انتبهت ايضا الي مصالح المطورين والمستثمرين في اطار مبدأ المصالح المشتركة)
