انتهى امس الاول موعد تلقى عروض المكاتب الاستشارية الدولية للتأهيل لمناقصة مشروع رياح بقدرة تتراوح من 200 الى 250 ميجا وات بمنطقة رأس غارب بخليج السويس تنفذ بنظام EPC بنظام تسليم المفتاح ويمول هذا المشروع كلا من وكالة التنمية الفرنسىة وبنك الاستثمار الاوربى والاتحاد الاوربى وبنك التعمير الالمانى KFW والذى وهو الوكيل عن الشركاء الاوروبين المموليين لهذا المشروع فى ترتيب القرض وبحسب مصادر بهيئة الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة لموقع باور نيوز ان الهيئة فوجئت بخطاب رسمى من بنك kfw الالمانى يشترط ان تعدل المواصفة التى سيطرحها الاستشارى المحتمل لقدرة التربينة بالمشروع من 2 ميجا الى 2,3 ميجاوات واشارت المصادر الى ان شرط البنك بمثابة ضغوط على الهيئة التى استدعت عروض دولية فى كل مشاريعها لقدرة تربينة تصل الى 2 ميجا فقط وحصلت على اسعار جيدة من شركات دولية واوضحت المصادر ان هذا الشرط لو طبق سيؤدى الى استبعاد شركات تعمل فى قطاع الكهرباء منذ فترة طويلة واقتصار المنافسة على الشركات الالمانية وابرزها سيمنس التى قدمت عرضا لانشاء 2000 ميجاوات من طاقة الرياح وتتفاوض حاليا للمرحلة الاولى التى تبلغ قدرتها 180 ميجاوات وتقوم بانشاء مصنع لريش التوربينات حاليا وكان بنك التعمير الالمانى قد اوقف قرضا لمشروع رياح بجبل الزيت اوائل عام 2014 قبل ان يتدخل وزير الكهرباء الحالى لاثناء البنك عن موقفه وحثه على تحويل الدفعات المتبقية من القرض الى مصر للوفاء بالالتزامات المالية على هيئة الطاقة الجديدة تجاه الشركة المنفذة للمشروع
