قالت مصادر بوزارة الكهرباء لموقع باور نيوز ان الوزارة تركز حاليا فى اتجاهين لا بديل عنهما لتمكين الحكومة من مراجعة “تعريفة  التغذية ” FIT بعد انتهاء فترة سريانها قانونا يوم 26 اكتوبر القادم واشارت المصادر الى ان النقطتين الاساسيتين هما ان يكون الجنيه المصرى هو العملة الاساسية فى آلية شراء الطاقة المنتجة من المستثمرين لمحطات الشمس والرياح بنظام تعريفة التغذية وان تصر الوزارة على قضية التحكيم داخل مصر وهى نقطة جوهرية تبعد المسافة حاليا بين الوزارة والمستثمرين والجهات المموله التى لا تعترف بالتحكيم المحلى فى حال نشوب نزاعات محتملة بين الطرفين “المستثمر والوزارة”

واكدت المصادر انه من الممكن ان يقوم 10% فقط من المستثمرين ممن لديهم ارتباطات ومصالح اقتصادية داخل مصر بالتوقيع على اساس القبول بهذين البندين التعامل بالجنيه المصرى والتحكيم المحلى واكدت المصادر ان فرصة المراجعة لهذه التعريفة هى فرصة ممكنه خلال الفترة الحاليه حتى تتجنب البلاد خسائر مالية متوالية لعقدين من الزمان وان تتحقق المصالح المشتركة بين “الدولة والمستثمر”

يأتى هذا وقد لمحت باور نيوز اليوم الدكتور محمد السبكى الرئيس التنفيذى لهيئة الطاقة الجديدة والمتجدة امام مكتب وزير الكهرباء وكان يبدو على وجهه ملامح غضب وحينما حاولت باور نيوز معرفة أسباب غضب الرئيس التنفيذى لهيئة الطاقة الجديدة قال احد المسئولين ان الدكتور السبكى يشعر انه لم يحقق انجازا ملحوظا على الارض حتى الان بسبب عدم مساندة الوزارة له وقيام الشركة المصرية لنقل الكهرباء باعمال الهيئة والتفاوض مع المستثمرين وهى اعمال تخضع لاختصاصات الدكتور محمد السبكى الذى يسعى جاهدا لإقامة قاعدة استثمارية فى هذا المجال داخل مصر .

The sources confirmed that it is possible that the only 10% of investors who have links economic interests in Egypt have signed on the basis of acceptance of these two items dealing in Egyptian pounds and domestic arbitration and sources confirmed that the opportunity to review these tariffs are possible opportunity during the current period in order to avoid the country’s successive financial losses for two decades of time and common interests realized between “state and the investor.”
