عاجل .. رشيد تعقد جمعيتها الطارئة خلال 15 يوما لاعتماد موازنة العام المالي2016-2017 ” وميرفى” مشغول بمتابعة المديرين

في خبر عاجل ورد للموقع منذ قليل تعقد شركة رشيد للبترول وهي الكيان القانوني الممثل للشراكة بين الهيئة المصرية العامة للبترول وشركة شل الهولندية جمعيتها العمومية الطارئة لاعتماد الموازنة التخطيطية للعام المالي 2017/2016 وهي الجمعية المؤجلة منذ يناير الماضي حيث رفض وزير  البترول اعتماد الموازنة نظرا لقيام الشريك الاجنبي شركة شل بالاستحواذ علي الشريك البريطاني السابق شركة BG مما ادي الي عدم وجود رقم للانفاق الاستثماري خلال العام من جانب الشريك الجديد الذي كان مهموما باجراءات التسليم والتسلم مع BG  وعلم الموقع ان الوزير سيحدد تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية  خلال الاسبوع المقبل بعد استقرار الوضع بين هيئة البترول وشركة شل عقب انتهاء مرحلة التسليم والتسلم

وعلم الموقع ان ايدن ميرفي الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة شل مصر قام باجراء عملية تقييم لكل المديرين والموظفين العاملين في الشركة  سواء في مناطق امتياز رشيد او بدر الدين ويحدد حاليا ميرفي من خلال offer قدم لكل المديرين من هو الأصلح لتنفيذه من عدمه وقال مصدر مسئول بشركة رشيد ان اسم شركة BG ما زال موجودا بالاتفاقيات ويلزم لالغاء هذا الاسم تعديل الاتفاقيات الموقعة مع الحكومة المصرية وهو امر لا يهم كثيرا هيئة البترول بقدر ما يقلقها  عدم قيام الشريك بانفاق استثمارات علي عمليات البحث والتنقيب في مناطق الامتياز وتنمية مشاريع ما زالت متوقفة وتعتبرها شل ليست ذو جدوي حاليا في ظل انخفاض اسعار البترول الذي هبط الى حاجز 48 دولارا للبرميل حاليا مثل مشروع المرحلة التاسعة ب والذي يضيف للانتاج المحلي من الغاز 400 مليون قدم  مكعب يوميا
