وكشف ان الشركة الهولندية تتفاوض حاليا مع قبرص ونوبل انيرجى الامريكية لامكانية تشغيل المصنع بالغاز القبرصى او الغاز المنتج من حقل تمار باسرائيل مؤكدا ان اى اتفاق لن يدخل حيز التنفيذ الا بموافقة الحكومة المصرية وحسب شروط هيئة البترول وكشف المسئول انه تم تعديل التسعير فى اتفاقية تنمية المرحلة التاسعة ب ومن المنتظر ان يتم عرض التعديل على مجلس النواب لاقراره واكد ان خلافا مع شركة بتروناس الشريك مع شل وهيئة البترول فى شركة رشيد والبرلس تم تسويته مؤخرا حيث توصلت الهيئة مع بتروناس على صيغة توافقية على بعض البنود التى كانت محل خلاف
