قال مسئول بشركة جاميسا الاسبانية ان المفاوضات مع هيئة تنمية الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة حول انشاء شركة مشتركة للتشغيل والصيانة لمشاريع الهيئة فى مراحلها النهائية واشار المسئول لموقع باور نيوز ان اسم الشركة سيتفق عليه فى بداية تأسيس الشركة واوضح المسئول ان بامكان جاميسا والهيئة ان تتولى شركة واحدة فقط اعمال الصيانة والتشغيل نظرا لامكانات الشركة الاسبانية الكبيرة وخبرتها الطويلة فى مجال محطات طاقة الرياح
واوضح المسئول ان عملية الاندماج مع شركة سيمنس امامها بعض الوقت للانتهاء من اجراءات الاندماج مؤكدا ان مقر الشركة الرئيسى سيكون فى اسبانيا وقال الدكتور ابو بكر عبدالحميد نائب الرئيس التنفيذى للهيئة للموقع ان المفاوضات تسير مع شركتى جاميسا وفيستاس على خط متواز مؤكدا اننا اشترطنا الا تقل اعداد العمالة باى شركة جديدة عن 50% من الشركة من كوادر الهيئة واوضح ان المفاوضات تركزت على اداء التوربينات بحيث تحصل الهيئة على افضل انتاجية وقيمة الاعمال شهريا ولن نستقر الا على صيغة تحقق مصلحة مصر اولا واكد ان التعديل الذى اجرى على قانون الهيئة عام 2015 سمح لها بانشاء شركات مشتركة مع الغير
