عاجل .. الكهرباء تنتظر موافقة المالية على “التحكيم الدولى ” فى مشاريع الـ BOO لانهاء التعاقد مع اوراسكوم والنويس واكوا باور

فى خبر ورد للموقع منذ قليل ابلغ مسئول بارز بوزارة الكهرباء والطاقة الموقع ان وزارة الكهرباء تنتظر حاليا موافقة وزارة المالية على تضمين بند التحكيم الدولى فى عقود ثلاث مشاريع ستنفذ بنظام الـ BOO  وهم مشروع بناء 250 ميجا وات من طاقة الرياح عن طريق تحالف اوراسكوم مع شركتى تويوتا وجى دى اف ” انجى ” ومشروع بناء 2225 ميجا وات من الدورة المركبة بمنطقة ديروط بالبحيرة عن طريق شركة اكوا باور السعودية ومشروع بناء 4 الاف ميجا وات من طاقة الفحم عن طريق مجموعة النويس الاماراتية  واشار المسئول ان وزارة الكهرباء قدمت تقريرا بتجارب سابقة وضع فى عقودها بند التحكيم الدولى ولكنه لم يفعل لالتزام الوزارة بكل بنود التعاقد وقال المسئول ” شرحنا لوزارة المالية ان المستثمرين فى محطتى سيدى كرير وشرق بورسعيد وخليج السويس بنظام ال BOT  ارتضوا بتعديل التعاقد والحصول على مقابل جزء من مبيعات الطاقة بالجنيه المصرى ولم يلجأوا للتحكيم بسبب الثقة بين الوزارة وكل المستثمرين المتعاملين معها واوضح المسئول انه وفور وصول موافقة وزارة المالية سيتم ابرام التعاقدات حيث ان المفاوضات انتهت معهم ومتبقى فقط بند الضمانة من  وزارة المالية  وموافقتها على بند التحكيم الدولى فى هذه العقود الثلاث
