قالت مصادر بوزارة الكهرباء ان الشركة المصرية لنقل الكهرباء بدأت مفاوضات مع شركة CTC الصينية لتوريد 70 الف عازل بوليمر بعد اعتماد عرضها المالى والفنى واستبعاد 3 شركات محلية واشارت المصادر الى ان الشركة الصينية التى يتم التفاوض معها حاليا غير مطابق عرضها للمواصفات الفنية بكراسة الشروط والتى اشترطت ان تكون الشركة الاجنبية التى تدخل المنافسة لديها خبرة 10 سنوات فى مجال عازلات البوليمر وان تكون قد نفذت مشروعين مماثلين خارج البلد الام واوضحت المصادر ان الشركة الصينية منشأة من اقل من 10 سنوات فقط فى عام 2007
وطلبت النقل من الشركة اجراء اختبار العازلات فى معمل كيما الهولندى واستبعدت نقل الكهرباء من المناقصة شركات محلية وهى شركة الانتاج الحربى حيث جاء عرضها المالى نحو 43 مليون جنيه وشركة يو ام ار وهى شركة عازلات محلية وجاء عرضها المالى 42.5 مليون جنيه والشركة المصرية للعازلات بعرض مالى 42 مليون جنيه فى حين جاء عرض الشركة الصينية اقل بكثير من الشركات المحلية بعرض بلغ 17.5 مليون جنيه ولكن العرض الفنى غير مطابق ” لم يتأكد الموقع من صحة هذه المعلومة ” وكان من المفروض بحسب لائحة العقود استبعاد الشركة من المنافسة حتى لو كان عرضها اقل بالنصف من العروض الاخرى تحسبا لاى مشاكل جسيمة بالشبكة مستقبلا .
وخالفت شركة نقل الكهرباء قانون افضلية المنتج المحلى رقم 5 لعام 2015 الذى اصدره الرئيس السيسى كما خالفت لائحة العقود والمشتريات فى اكثر من مناقصة ولم تنفذ الشركة تعليمات المهندس جابر دسوقى بتطبيق القانون او اللائحة مما يضع المسئولين تحت الملاحقة القانونية مستقبلا وقد حاول موقع باور نيوز التأكد من مدى صحة هذه المعلومات من المهندس جمال عبدالرحيم رئيس شركة النقل الا ان الموقع فشل فى الوصول اليه وينتظر الموقع ردا رسميا على هذا التقرير .. تابعونا على مدار اليوم
