لقاء خاص : STATE GRID ترد علي باور نيوز وتوكد ثقتها في نجاح العازلات الصينية والخلاف مع شركة النقل لم يصل لمشكلة

جملة العمال الصينين بالمشروع لا يتعدى  500 عامل فقط  واضطررنا لاستقدامهم من الصين بعد  رفض العمال المصريين العمل معنا ونستعين بـ  5 شركات محلية في الانشاءات والتركيبات

الاختبار الثالث بمعمل كيما فى قائمة الانتظار  و اضطررنا لاجراء الاختبارات للعوازل لتنفيذ تعليمات شركة النقل

قال مدير فرع شركة STATE GRID الصينية  في مصر “مايكل ليو ” ان الشركة تثق في العازلات الزجاجية الصينية الموردة الي المشروع الذي تنفذه الشركة في مصر وهو مشروع خطوط 1210 كم جهد 500 ك.ف وقال في لقاء خاص بموقع باور نيوز سننشره كاملا ظهر غدا بإذن الله ردا على  ما اثير  بالموقع فى نشرة اخبارية سابقة عن  فشل الاختبارات  قال انها مجرد شائعات ليس لها اساس من الصحة لان النتائج النهائية لاختبارات العازل نجحت  – على حد قوله – ولكن  لم يصدر بها تقرير رسمي حتي الان ولذلك لا نستطيع ان نتحدث عن نجاح او فشل العازل طالما ان التقرير الرسمي من المعامل  لم يصدر بعد 

وقال ليو لدينا ثقة كاملة في العازلات الموردة والتي نقوم بتركيبها علي الشبكة المصرية لان هذه العازلات حصلت علي شهادات نجاح في اختبارين سابقين من معمل كيما الهولندي وهناك اختبار ثالث طلبته الشركة المصرية لنقل الكهرباء ارسلناه للاختبار في معمل كيما ولكنه في قائمة الانتظار حاليا 

و اشار  مدير الفرع   ان هناك خلافات مع شركة نقل الكهرباء وفي اي مشروع في اي مكان لابد ان يكوه هناك خلافات لكن  هذه الخلافات مع المصرية لنقل الكهرباء لم تصل الي حد المشكلة  وقال اننا ارتضينا بعمل الاختبارات للعازل بناء علي طلب شركة النقل لاننا يجب ان “نسمع الكلام”

وعن استحواذ  STATE GRID على  تنفيذ المشروع من خلال المعدات والمهمات ومقاولى الباطن الصينين  قال   انه بحسب اتفاقية القرض الموقعة بين الحكومتين المصرية والصينية  فانه يشترط الا تقل التوريدات للمشروع عن 60% من الصين واشار الي ان ستيت جريد وقبل ان تبدا عملها في مصر رسميا قامت بعمل مسح للخامات الموجودة في السوق المصرية واتصلنا بعدد من الشركات من بينهم شركتي السويدي والبابطين للطاقة وحصلنا منهم علي عروض شاملة الاسعار والجودة والقدرة علي التوريد خلال الوقت المحدد وعندما فحصنا هذه العروض تأكدنا من جودة المهمات المصرية بالفعل  لكننا وجدنا ان فترة التوريد لا تتلائم مع جدول تنفيذ بعض الخطوط الذي يصل الي 6 أشهر وهو الجدول الذي وضعه وزير الكهرباء واعتبره خطة عاجلة لا تقبل التأخير ساعة واحدة

وعن العمالة الصينية الموجودة بالمشروع  قال ليو اننا نفتح ايدينا للعمالة المصرية للعمل معنا لان تكلفة العمالة الصينية اعلي بثلاث مرات من العمالة المصرية واكد ان الشركة اضطرت للاستعانة بنحو  4 فرق مدربة من الصين في اقل من اسبوع للعمل في تنفيذ الخطوط عندما رفض العمال المصريون العمل معنا خلال شهر رمضان حتي نستطيع انجاز الخطة العاجلة في الموعد الذي حددته كل قيادات وزارة الكهرباء لان التأخير بسبب اعذار العمالة سيكون غير مقبول طبقا للعقد  وقال ان عدد العمال الصينين العاملين بالمشروع باكمله لا يتعدي 500 عامل يعملون في تركيب ابراج بعض الخطوط  وشد الاسلاك وتركيب العازلات لان جميع الاعمال المدنية تقوم بها شركات مصرية وقال ان الشركة تعاني بطء شديد في اجراءات انهاء تصاريح العمل للعمال الصينين ولكننا نتواصل مع وزارة القوى العاملة لحل هذه المشكلة

وعن معدلات التنفيذ قال ان معدلات التنفيذ تتغير كل يوم وهي تقديرية للشركة المصرية لنقل الكهرباء لانها هى من يجب ان تعلن  هذه المعدلات وليست شركة STATE GRID

واوضح  ان الشركة تعمل فى مصر من خلال مبدأ WIN-WIN وهو تحقيق المصالح المتبادلة بين مصر والشركة الصينية وقال انه عندما بدأت الحكومتين المصرية والصينية توقيع الاتفاقية الاطارية  الغير ملزمة فى التنفيذ لهذا المشروع قامت الشركة الصينية بعد معاينة المواقع ومراكز التحكم بجمع المعلومات واعداد التصميمات للتحضير للتنفيذ الذي بدأ فعليا في شهر نوفمبر 2015 بعد اعتماد العقد من مجلس الوزراء المصري… غدا ننشر اللقاء كاملا  وننتظر ردود الشركات المحلية اذا وجدت
