الجولة الاولة اليوم لوزيرة الطاقة الاوغندية الى مقر وزارة البترول حيث استمرت مباحثات المهندس طارق الملا مع نظيرته الاوغندية نحو الساعة تقريبا وفى بيان رسمى للوزارة اكدت ان الوزير اشار إلى أن أوغندا تعد دولة محورية بدول حوض النيل وتقع فى قلب القارة الأفريقية وأن الجانبين المصرى والأوغندى تجمعهما علاقات جيدة وتفاهمات متميزة فى مجال الطاقة والصناعة البترولية وأن مصر على استعداد كامل لدعم صناعة البترول الأوغندية فى مختلف الأنشطة البترولية فى ضوء تاريخ مصر فى هذه الصناعة الذى يمتد لأكثر من قرن وإمكانية قيام شركات البترول المصرية العاملة فى مجالات التصميمات الهندسية والمقاولات والصيانة بتقديم خبراتها والمساعدة فى تقديم كافة أوجه الدعم فى مجال تنفيذ المشروعات البترولية بأوغندا ، بالإضافة إلى تدريب الكوادر الأوغندية فى مراكز التدريب المصرية المتخصصة ونقل وتبادل الخبرات البترولية ، مما يوفر للعناصر الوطنية الأوغندية فرصة المشاركة بقوة فى مختلف أوجه الصناعة البترولية ويضعها على طريق اكتساب الخبرات وتوظيفها بشكل جيد ، يدعم القدرات البشرية هناك والمساهمة فى دعم صناعتها البترولية ،
