الحكومة تحدد جنيف او باريس للتحكيم الدولى فى عقود تعريفة التغذية تحت اشراف مركز القاهرة

قالت مصادر لموقع باور نيوز ان صيغة التحكيم التى اعتمدتها الحكومة المصرية بعد موافقة لجنة الطاقة بالبرلمان للمرحلة الثانية من تعريفة التغذية هى ان “التحكيم في عقود شراء الطاقة وباقي حزمة العقود بالنسبة للمرحلة الثانية لـ FIT سوف تكون وفقا لقواعد مركز القاهرة الإقليمي للتحكيم التجاري الدولي على أن يكون مقر التحكيم (Seat) في جنيف أو باريس وأن يكون  الـ Venue في القاهرة.”وقالت المصادر ان مركز القاهرة هو من سيتولى اجراءات التحكيم خارج جمهورية مصر العربية يأتى هذا بينما اوضح مستثمرون لـ الموقع ان حالة من عدم الثقة سادت المستثمرين ليس بسبب تخفيض التعريفة ولكن بسبب عدم الشفافية واشارت المصادر الى ان من سيخوضوا التجربة هم المستثمرون المحليون بعد ان اعلن عدد من المستثمرين العالميين انسحابهم من المشاريع داخل مصر وقال المستثمرون ان عدد كبير منهم انفق ما بين 4 الى 6 مليون دولار على اتفاقية تقاسيم التكاليف وكان المستثمرون قد اجتمعوا مع محمد شاكر وزير الكهرباء قبل نحو 3 اسابيع وتحدثت المحامية المصرية  منى ذو الفقار وهى صاحبة احد المكاتب القانونية التى شاركت فى صياغة الاتفاقيات الخاصة بالتعريفة تحدثت عن  الملابسات التى ستدفع الحكومة لتغيير التعريفة قبل اعلانها رسميا امس واخطرت الوزارة المستثمرين بالتعريفة الجديدة وحددت موعد 28 اكتوبر لبدء سريانها وقال شاكر خلال المؤتمر الصحفى بالوزارة امس ان الاسعار التى اعلنت عنها الامارات والاردن كانت مؤشرا لوضع التعريفة الجديدة  بجانب انخفاض اسعار مهمات الطاقة الشمسية مؤخرا
