عقدت شنايدر إلكتريك، الشركة الرائدة في مجال إدارة الطاقة والتحكم الآلي، معرض ومؤتمر شنايدر إلكتريك Digital MEA Innovation Summit الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، والذي يعقد للمرة الأولي افتراضيا بحضور ومشاركة جون باسكال تريكوار، الرئيس التنفيذي لشنايدر إلكتريك العالمية؛ وكاسبرهيرزبرج رئيس شنايدر إلكتريك لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، وعدد من كبار قيادات شنايدر إلكتريك، وممثلي كبار الشركات العاملة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، وممثلي وسائل الإعلام.
وأكدت شنايدر إلكتريك دور التكنولوجيا في توفير الأدوات اللازمة للمؤسسات، لتعزيز مرونتها والارتقاء بكفاءاتها وقدراتها، إضافة إلى تمكينها من إنجاز وإدارة أعمالها عن بُعد، وناقشوا النتائج الإيجابية الأربع للتحول الرقمي والمتمثلة في تعزيز قدرات التحكم والعمل عن بعد، والارتقاء بمستوى المرونة، وتحسين الكفاءة، وضمان الاستدامة حيث توفر هذه العناصر الأربعة للشركات، التي تركز على تطوير وتبني التكنولوجيا الرقمية، قاعدة أساسية يمكن الانطلاق منها لتعزيز النمو وضمان استمراريته خلال الأزمات.
وخلال المؤتمر أدار كاسبرهيرزبرج رئيس شنايدر إلكتريك لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا حلقة نقاشية حول استمرارية العمل استضاف خلالها حسن جاسم النويس رئيس مبادلة للرعاية الصحية، والمهندس شيرين مرسي مدير الهندسة والمشاريع في أحد أكبر الفنادق العالمية في مصر، بالإضافة إلى عدد من الحلقات النقاشية التي بحثت مباني المستقبل، والريادة في الرقمنة، والاستدامة في الأعمال، والتحولات التكنولوجية الجديدة في عالم الكهرباء.
وصرح المهندس وليد شتا، الرئيس الإقليمي لشنايدر إلكتريك مصر وشمال أفريقيا والمشرق العربي: “أدى انتشار فيروس كورونا إلى إحداث تحول جذري في جميع القطاعات والعمليات التجارية، ما سلط الضوء على أهمية العناصر الحيوية من الكفاءة والمرونة في الارتقاء بمستوى الأعمال وضمان استمراريتها، وهو ما جعل المؤسسات تتبني أفضل الاستراتيجيات الهادفة لتخفيض النفقات، وتعزيز قدرتها لتلبية احتياجات العملاء على نحو أفضل وأكثر سرعة وذلك من خلال التحول الرقمي والذي كان حاضرا على نحو واضح في مشهد الأعمال خلال العقود الماضية”.

Cairo – November 1st , 2020: Schneider Electric, the leading company in the field of energy management and automation, hosted Schneider Electric Digital MEA Innovation Summit, which was held virtually for the first time. The summit saw the participation of Mr. Jean-Pascal Tricoire, Chairman and CEO of Schneider Electric; Mr. Caspar Herzberg, President of Schneider Electric Middle East & Africa, as well as a number of Schneider Electric’s top leaders, representatives of major companies operating in the Middle East and Africa region, and representatives of the media.
During the summit, Schneider Electric emphasized the role of technology in providing the necessary tools for organizations to improve their resilience and boost their competencies and capabilities, in addition to enabling them to complete and manage their works remotely. Mr Herzberg moderated a discussion panel discussion on business continuity, during which he hosted Hassan Jassim Al Nowais, senior vice president of Mubadala Healthcare, and Eng. Sherine Morsi, Director of Engineering and Projects at a major international hotel in Egypt. Other panel were also held to tackle topics including the buildings of the future, leadership in digitization, business sustainability, and new technological transformations in the world of electricity.
