قامت شركة بريدا إنرجيا الإيطالية “الشريك الأجنبي” لشركة ثروة بريدا بتروليم سيرفيس بتغيير المدير العام والعضو المنتدب للشركة.
حيث كان يشغل هذا المنصب المهندس جوزيبي سكوتو منذ عام 2009 وحتي تاريخ تغييره في عام 2023.
فقد أمضي ما يقرب من 14 عام في خدمة شركة ثروة بريدا ، ويُعتبر من مؤسسي الشركة حيث أنه قد تم توقيع إتفاقية الشركة بين الجانبين المصري والأجنبي لتأسيس شركة ثروة بريدا عام 2007.
وأثناء قترة تولي المهندس جوزيبي سكوتو لمنصب المدير العام والعضو المنتدب لشركة ثروة بريدا ، شارك في تأسيس لوائح الشركة والإجراءات المنظمة للعمل ، كما ساهم في تأهيل الشركة للحصول علي شهادات API Q1 -API 6A – ISO 9001 : 2015 – ISO 14001 : 2015 – ISO 45001 :2018 وذلك من خلال مصنع الشركة القائم في مدينة بدر ، فضلاً علي مشاركته في توريد وتركيب وتشغيل عدد (3) ماكينات تشغيل رئيسية في المصنع والتي ساهمت في زيادة نسبة المكون المحلي للتصنيع.
وقد بدأ المهندس جوزيبي سكوتو ، مع المهندس أسامة صبري -رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب خطة التوسعات للشركة منذ عام 2019 وعلي رأسها الإتفاق علي شراء أرض جديدة لتوسعة المصنع الحالي لتصل المساحة الإجمالية إلي حوالي 7500 متر مربع بدلاً من السماحة الحالية التي تُقدر بحوالي 2500 متر مربع ، وجاري الإنتهاء من المراحل النهائية لشراء الأرض وإستلامها.
وبهذه المناسبة فقد نظمت شركة ثروة بريدا إحتفالية مصغرة في منتجع سكاي بالتجمع الخامس لتكريمه ، وقد حضر هذه الإحتفالية المهندس أسامة صبري – رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب للشركة ، و المهندس / ماسيمو بينولي – المدير العام الجديد والعضو المنتدب للشركة ممثلاً عن شركة بريدا إنرجيا الإيطالية ، وعدد كبير من العاملين بالشركة (مديري العموم / مديري الإدارات).
وقام المهندس / أسامة صبري – رئيس شركة ثروة بريدا بتسليم المهندس / جوزيبي سكوتو – درع الشركة تقديراً لعطائه وخدمته للشركة طوال الفترة الماضية (حوالي 14 عام) وقد أبدي جوزيبي سكوتو سعادته بهذا التكريم ، موضحاً أنه طوال هذه السنوات السابقة فإنه يُعتبر أن مصر هي بلده الثاني ويعتز جداً بإقامته بها طوال تلك الفترة ، حيث أنه فضلاً علي كونه واحداً من مؤسسي شركة ثروة بريدا من حيث العمل ، فإنه قد بني علاقات طيبة وطيدة مع العاملين بالشركة وقد وصل بعضها إلي علاقات أسرية.
وقد إنتهز رئيس شركة ثروة بريدا هذه الإحتفالية وجميع العاملين بالشركة الذين ساهموا بتحقيق إنجازات الشركة طوال السنوات الماضية وفى نفس السياق رحب صبري والسادة بالمهندس / ماسيمو بينولي المدير العام والعضو المنتدب الجديد الذي تم تعيينه من قِبل شركة بريدا إنرجيا الإيطالية متمنين لسيادته التوفيق في منصبه الجديد بالشركة لإستكمال تحقيق أهداف وخطط ثروة بريدا الإستراتيجية و التوسعية داخل وخارج جمهورية مصر العربية
Breda Energia, the “foreign partner” of Tharwa Breda Petroleum Service Company, has decided to replace the current general manager and managing director of the company Mr. Giuseppe Scuotto who has joined TBPSCO since 2009 up to such replacement in 2023.
Mr. Giuseppe Scuotto spent nearly 14 years managing Tharwa Breda, to be considered one of the main founders of the company, as Tharwa Breda establishment agreement has been signed between the Egyptian and foreign partner in 2007.
During the tenure of Eng. Giuseppe Scotto as General Manager and Managing Director of Tharwa Breda, he managed the real establishment of the company in all sides in terms of regulations , procedures and qualifying TBPSCO to be accredited API Q1 – API 6A – ISO 9001: 2015 – ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 through the company’s factory located in Badr City, in addition to his undeniable participation in the supply, installation and operation of (3) main machines in the same factory increasing the local content of our final products.
On the other hand, Eng. Giuseppe Scotto as well, along with Eng. / Osama Sabry – Chairman of Board & MD, have begun the company’s expansion plan since 2019 to expand the current factory production area up to 7,500 square meters instead of the current one of 2500 square meters in which the final stages of purchasing and receiving process for the new land has been completed.
On this occasion, Tharwa Breda had organized a small Farwell celebration at Sky Resort on the honor of Mr. Giuseppe Scotto. The party was attended by Eng. Osama Sabry – TBPSCO Chairman of Board & MD company, and Eng. Massimo Bonelli -TBPSCO new General Manager & MD. Along with all company general managers and employees.
During such warm celebration Eng. / Osama Sabry – Chairman of Board & MD handed Mr. Eng. Giuseppe Scotto – the company’s shield as an appreciation for his significant impact on the life and stability of this company throughout the last 14 years.
Mr. Giuseppe Scotto expressed and showed his full honor considering Egypt as his second country. He confirmed as well that he was very proud about such valuable period of his life in which he was not only one of the main the founders of Tharwa Breda but also because of his close and honor relation with all TBPSCO employees.
Eng. / Osama Sabry – Chairman of Board & MD Mr. took such advantage to thanks again Mr. Giuseppe Scotto and all company’s employees who contributed together in the current and undeniable achievements of Tharwa Breda. On the other hand, Mr. chairman and all company employees has also welcomed Eng. / Massimo Bonelli, the new General Manager and Managing Director of Tharwa Breda Believing in his skills and knowledge to lead the company achieving its future strategic expansion plans insideand outside Egypt.
