اخر التطورات : انتهاء المفاوضات مع سيمنس بشأن عرض “الرياح” والمركزى يفحص الشروط المالية للتحالف المقرض

قال مسئول بوزارة الكهرباء والطاقة ان هيئة الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة انهت المرحلة الاخيرة من المفاوضات مع شركة سيمنس الالمانية حول عرضها اقامة 2000 ميجا وات من طاقة الرياح بنظام  EPC واكملت الهيئة بنجاح المشاورات مع الشركة الالمانية حول بنود التعاقد لمشروع المرحلة الاولى من العرض والذى يشمل اقامة 180 ميجا وات بمنطقة جبل الزيت  بتكلفة تصل الى 180 مليون يورو تقريبا حسب ما ذكره المصدر واشار المسئول لـ الموقع الى ان التعاقد سيكون قريبا  بعد الانتهاء من كل تفاصيل العرض التمويلى للتحالف المصرفى الذى تم اختياره من الهيئة والبنك المركزى من بين 11 تحالفا تم المفاضلة بينهم لاختيار الانسب واشار المسئول الى ان البنك المركزى يفحص حاليا الشروط المالية للتحالف المصرفى مؤكدا ان القرض سيكون تجاريا ولكن شروطه جيدة لمصر  . وطلبت سيمنس مؤخرا من الشركة الاسبانية جاميسا الاندماج فى شركة واحدة بعد ان رفضت الاخيرة طلب الشراء المقدم من الشركة الالمانية واشار مصدر للموقع ان اجراءات الاندماج ستستغرق عاما وحتى الان لم يتفق على اسم الشركة المشتركة بين الطرفين
