عاجل .. سيمنس تبدي قلقها لوزير الكهرباء من “التحكيم المحلي” والوزير :سأسعي لدي رئيس الوزراء للوصول الي حل

 قال مسئول رسمى  ان شركة  سيمنس ابدت قلقا  من بند “التحكيم المحلي” الذي فرضته الحكومة في عقود المستثمرين مؤخرا  وقال المصدر  لموقع باور نيوز ان الشركة الالمانية اشارت الي ان بند التحكيم المحلي سيضر بكل عروض  التمويل التي جلبتها  للمشاريع الجديدة التي تنفذ بنظام الاعمال المتكاملة “Epc” وكان مسئولى الشركة قد ابدوا مشاعر القلق خلال اجتماع لوزير الكهرباء معهم  قبل اجازة عيد الفطر 

وبحسب المصدر فإن وزير الكهرباء رد علي مخاوف سيمنس بأنه سيسعي لدي رئيس الوزراء للبحث عن مخرج وقال المسئول ،الوزير وجه كلامه لسيمنس قائلا لهم ” لاتقلقوا ” ،واكد المصدر ان سيمنس تنتظر رداً مطمئناً علي كل مخاوفها من المسئولين بالكهرباء ،حيث ترى انها لا يجب ان يطبق عليها ما فرضته الحكومة على مستثمرى التعريفة باعتبارها مقاول ومورد ليس اكثر 

وتنفذ الشركة الالمانية حالياً مشاريع ضخمة في قطاع الانتاج والنقل كما تتفاوض علي انشاء 2000 ميجا وات من الرياح منها 180 فى المرحلة الاولى تم الانتهاء تقريبا من مضمون بنود  التعاقد مع هيئة الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة .وحدثت خلافات كبيرة بين مستثمرى الطاقة الشمسية بنظام تعريفة التغذية وبين مسئولى الوزارة مؤخرا بسبب تضمين بنود الضمانة المالية التى تصدرها وزارة المالية المصرية لبند التحكيم المحلى كالية لفض اى نزاعات محتملة وتصر الحكومة على مركز القاهرة الدولى للتحكيم كمركز وحيد فى هذا الشأن  باعتبار ان الشركة المؤسسة من المستثمرين تخضع للقانون المصرى والجهة الاخرى المشترى للطاقة هى جهة مصرية وفى وقت سابق قال الدكتور محمد السبكى الرئيس التنفيذى لهيئة الطاقة الجديدة ان المستثمرين يجب عليهم زيارة مركز القاهرة والاضطلاع على تاريخه جيدا للاطمئنان  

وتنوى سيمنس اقامة مصنع لتصنيع ريش التربينات وتنتاب الشركة الالمانية بعض القلق من ان بند التحكيم قد يؤثر على موقف الجهات الممولة لمشروع الـ 2000 ميجا وات رياح التى تنفذ بنظام عرض التنفيذ مرفقا به عرض التمويل
