فى نبأ عاجل ومهم للعلاقة بين مصر وايطاليا حاليا اعرب المهندس محمد مختار رئيس مجلس الادارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة القاهرة لانتاج الكهرباء عن تقديره البالغ لمسئولى شركة انسالدوا انيرجيا  الايطالية حيث كشف مختار للموقع منذ قليل ان مسئولى الشركة وافقوا على طلب وزارة الكهرباء حصولهم على الدفعة المقدمة لمشروع الدورة المركبة بمحطة 6 اكتوبر بقدرة 326 ميجاوات  والبالغة 16 مليون يورو ” المكون الاجنبى ” بالعملة المحلية الجنيه المصرى والتى تصل الى 320 مليون جنيه

وقال مختار الذى كان منهمكا اليوم فى المشاركة فى مراجعة بنود ميزانية العام المالى المنتهى فى 30 يونيو الماضى قال ان الايطاليين لم يفكروا كثيرا ولم يجادلوا فى طلب الوزارة بل انهم وافقوا على الفور تقديرا لما تمربه البلاد واشار مختار الى ان تأخير تفعيل قرض المشروع من بنك HSBC  فرع ايطاليا والبالغ 210 مليون يورو والذى تضمنه هيئة الصادرات الايطالية ساك يرجع الى تبادل مسودات القرض لابداء الملحوظات وانهاء المفاوضات بين الطرفين بشأنها مؤكدا ان ان المسودة الاخيرة وصلت مصر قبل العيد مباشرة وتم الموافقة عليها من الطرفين تمهيدا لبدء توقيع التعاقد

واكد رئيس شركة القاهرة للانتاج ان تأخير القرض لم يكن بسبب قضية ” ريجينى ” مطلقا . ويتم تشغيل المشروع من خلال عادم 4 وحدات غازية  قدرة الواحدة 150 ميجا وات دون اضافة اى وقود لانتاج قدرات المشروع . وتعمل الشركة فى مصر منذ 40 عاما وينظر اليها المسئولون المصريون بكل تقدير نظرا لتاريخ هذه الشركة الى وقفت مع مصر فى ظروف بالغة السوء
