المشروع يهدف إلى استخلاص وفصل المعادن الاقتصادية من الرمال السوداء في مصر وتوفير البدائل المحلية للاستيراد وفتح قنوات جديدة لتعزيز الصادرات وتعظيم الإيرادات وحماية البيئة من العناصر المشعة المتواجدة فى الرمال السوداء

أعلنت اليوم شركة حسن علام القابضة – الرائدة في مجال الهندسة والإنشاءات على الساحة الإقليمية ومقرها مصر وتقوم بخدمة قاعدة واسعة من العملاء المحليين والدوليين في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا – عن فوز شركتها التابعة “حسن علام للإنشاءات” بعقد من الشركة المصرية للرمال السوداء (EBSC)- التابعة لجهاز مشروعات الخدمة الوطنيةNSPO) ) – لتنفيذ الأعمال الهندسية والإنشائية لمصنعي التركيز والفصل لاستخلاص المعادن الاقتصادية من الرمال السوداء، بالإضافة إلى مراجعة تصميمات المصنعين وأعمال التوريد الجزئي لمعدات ومهمات المصنع وتركيب خطوط الإنتاج. ومن المقرر أن يتم إقامة مصنع التركيز (PCP) ومصنع الفصل (MSP) في منطقتين واقعتين بمحاذاة الطريق الدولي الساحلي في مدينة البرلس بمحافظة كفر الشيخ.
وفي هذا السياق، أكد اللواء أركان حرب عز الدين صالح رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة المصرية للرمال السوداء، على اعتزازه وثقته الغالية التي تتجلى في التعاون المثمر مع شركة حسن علام القابضة لبناء مصنعي التركيز والفصل في مدينة البرلس بمحافظة كفر الشيخ.
كما أكد سيادته على أهمية المشروع فى تحقيق القيمة المضافة للمعادن المستخلصة من الرمال السوداء من أجل إنشاء مشروعات قومية تساهم في دفع عجلة الاقتصاد القومي وتوفير الآلاف من فرص العمل للشباب المصري، مما سيثمر عن الحد من الهجرة غير الشرعية وحماية البيئة من العناصر المشعة المتواجدة في الرمال السوداء. ولفت سيادته إلى أن هذا المشروع يعد أحد المشروعات الجاري العمل عليها في مناطق (رشيد / غليون / المنزلة / دمياط).
من جانبه، أعرب المهندس حسن علام الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة حسن علام القابضة عن اعتزازه بالدور الذي تلعبه الشركة في تنفيذ هذا المشروع الذي يحمل أهمية كبيرة على الصعيد الوطني، مشيرًا إلى أن مشاركة حسن علام القابضة تأتي استكمالًا لجهودها في تعزيز القدرات المحلية ودعم توجهات مصر نحو تحقيق الاستفادة المثلى من المواد الخام المحلية. وأضاف أن استخلاص المعادن من الرمال السوداء محليًا سيوفر للمصنعين والشركات المصرية بديلًا عمليًا عن الاستيراد، فضلًا عن تعزيز القدرات التصديرية في مصر.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن شركة حسن علام للإنشاءات ستقوم بأعمال مراجعة التصميمات، والتوريدات، والأعمال الإنشائية والكهروميكانيكية، وكذلك تصنيع وتوريد وتركيب الهياكل المعدنية. كما ستقوم شركة “Mineral Technologies” التي تحظى بخبرة عالمية واسعة في هذا المجال، بتوظيف أحدث الخبرات العالمية والتكنولوجيا المتطورة في عمليات التصميم الرئيسية والتوريدات في خدمة المشروع، تنفيذًا للعقد المبرم بينها وبين الشركة المصرية للرمال السوداء.
من ناحية أخرى، يمثل المشروع قيمة مضافة للاقتصاد المصري في مجال توفير المعادن ذات الأهمية الاقتصادية الكبيرة على الصعيد المحلي، وخاصة معادن الإلمنيت، والروتايل والزيركون الرطب، والزيركون الجاف، والمونازيت، الماجنيتيت والجارنيت، حيث يتم استخلاص هذه المعادن من الرمال السوداء الثقيلة التي تترسب عند مصبات الأنهار والسواحل البحرية. ومن المقرر أن تتم عملية التكريك حتى عمق 10 أمتار، حيث يتم دفع الرمال الخام المبللة بالماء من وحدة التكريك إلى مصنع التركيز ثم إلى مصنع الفصل لتنفيذ عملية الفصل والتعبئة. جدير بالذكر أن مصنع الفصل يقع على مساحة 80 فدانًا ويتكون من وحدات إعداد التغذية التي تستقبل المواد الخام التي يتم ضخها عن طريق طلمبات مصنع التركيز، بالإضافة إلى وحدات فصل المعادن المستخلصة من الرمال السوداء، وصولًا إلى وحدات التعبئة والتغليف المسئولة عن إعداد المنتج لعملية التوزيع. ومن المقرر أيضًا أن يقوم المشروع بتوفير ما يربو على ألف فرصة عمل حتى إتمام عملية الإنشاء.
وفي السياق ذاته، سلط المهندس محمد الدهشوري العضو المنتدب لشركة حسن علام للإنشاءات، الضوء على الأهمية المحورية لهذا المشروع القومي على المستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي، مؤكدًا أن مشروع استخلاص المعادن من الرمال السوداء سيسهم في دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي بمصر من خلال توفير الكثير من فرص العمل، فضلًا عن مساهمته في خفض الأضرار البيئية على سواحل المنطقة المحيطة بالمشروع عن طريق تطهير الشواطئ من المواد المشعة الضارة، وبالتالي تحقيق المنفعة على الأصعدة الاجتماعية والبيئية والاقتصادية.

Hassan Allam Construction Awarded Engineering and Construction Contract for First and Largest Black Sand Minerals Concentration and Separation Plants in Egypt and the Middle East
The project will pioneer the extraction and separation of minerals from black sand in Egypt, thus providing key import substitutes, opening up new export revenue streams and protecting the environment from harmful radioactive materials
Hassan Allam Holding (HAH), a leading construction and engineering group headquartered in Cairo, Egypt, serving regional and global clients in the Middle East and Africa, announced today that its subsidiary Hassan Allam Construction (HAC) has been awarded a contract by the Egyptian Black Sand Company (EBSC) a member of National Service Projects Organization (NASPO), for the engineering and construction of concentration and separation plants, for the extraction of economic minerals from black sand. HAC will also review the designs of the plants, as well as partially supply equipment and install production lines. The Primary Concentration Plant (PCP) and the Mineral Separation Plant (MSP) will be constructed adjacently by the International Coastal Road, in Borollos, Kafr El Sheikh.

This project will help us realize the added value of black sand’s economic minerals, contributing to the construction of national projects that will bolster the economy, provide thousands of job opportunities, limit illegal immigration, and protect the environment from radioactive materials found in black sand. It is one the projects currently under construction in the areas of Rasheed, Gholyoun, Al-Manzala and Damietta,” says General Ezz El Din Saleh, Chief Executive Officer of EBSC.

HAC will carry out the design review, procurement, civil works, electro-mechanical works, as well as the supply, fabrication and installation of all steel structure and plate works, with the international expertise of Mineral Technologies Company coming into play for the implementation of advanced transfer and storage technologies and the supply of the core process equipment, as per the contract struck between it and EBSC.
The black sand project is a unique value added model for Egyptian economy in the sourcing of economic minerals locally, especially ilmenite, rutile, wet zircon, dry zircon, monazite, magnetite and granite, which are extracted from heavy, black sand that precipitates on shorelines. Dredging will occur up till 10 meters deep, with the wet sand collected then transported to the PCP for concentration and the MSP for separation and packaging. The MSP, an 80-feddan plant, will contain feeding units for the materials received from the PCP pumps, as well as separate units for each mineral and a top-tier packaging unit for product distribution. Over 1,000 employees will assist in bringing the full project online.
