سيمنس تقبل ببناء محطة محولات المرحلة الاولي من عرض الرياح بعد ضغوط من شركة النقل وهيئة الطاقة الجديدة

اُضطرت شركة سيمنس التي ستوقع قريباً عقد بناء المرحلة الاولي 180 ميجا وات من طاقة الرياح لقبول تمويل وتنفيذ محطة محولات 220 ك ف التي ستنقل الطاقة المنتجة الي الشبكة الكهربائية الموحدة وذلك بعد ان مارست شركة نقل الكهرباء وهيئة الطاقة الجديدة  والمتجددة ضغوطاً علي هذه الشركة التي يبدو في الافق انها تسير في طريق احتكار قطاع الكهرباء في مصر  فى قطاعى الانتاج والنقل 

وقال مسئول بارز في الوزارة ان المفاوضات مكثفة بين الشركة الالمانية والشركة المصرية لنقل الكهرباء حول بناء محطة محولات  المرحلة الاولي وطرق تمويلها وقدرات هذه المحطة كجزء لا ينفصل عن عقد المشروع الشامل الذى يشمل مزرعة الرياح ومحطة المحولات 

وفي سياق متصل، تتفاوض هيئة الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة مع سيمنس حول المرحلة الثانية من عرضها البالغ اجماليه  2000 ميجا وات من الرياح وتبلغ قدرات هذه المرحلة 600 ميجا سيتم بناء جزء منها في  خليج السويس  وجزء آخر في منطقة غرب النيل

وعلم الموقع ان هناك مشكلة تواجه عملية التوقيع مع الشركة الالمانية وهي عدم وجود نص قانوني يسمح للرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة بالتوقيع امام هذه الشركة بنظام EPC ويتم حاليا مشاورات بين المسئولين بالهيئة ووزير الكهرباء والطاقة للخروج من هذا المأزق القانونى . وكان الرئيس التنفيذى لشركة سيمنس قد ارسل خطابا الى المهندس شريف اسماعيل رئيس مجلس الوزراء يطلب فيه دعم الشريك المحلى شركة اوراسكوم فى مشاريع الرياح التى ستقيمها ووجه مجلس الوزراء الخطاب الى  مكتب وزير الكهرباء للنظر فيه وهو الخطاب الذى حفظ بعد ذلك
