قال المهندس اسامة كمال وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية الاسبق انه لايجوز ان تصل حدة الاختلاف فى وجهات النظر  بين اثنين من ابرز قيادات قطاع البترول الي هذا الحد و اشار  الوزير معلقا على تقرير الامس الخاص بمزايدة الذهب الى ضرورة تدخل  القيادات المسئولة بالبترول  وجمع الطرفين ” رئيس هيئة الثروة المعدنية ووكيل اول وزارة البترول للثروة المعدنية ” للوصول الي حل  عقب التصريح الذي ادلي به المهندس عمر طعيمة للموقع مساء امس والذي اتهم فيه الجيولوجي فكري يوسف  وكيل اول الوزارة  بتعطيل طرح مزايدة الذهب ” لاغراض لا يعلمها ” واشار الوزير للموقع منذ قليل يبدو ان هناك اختلاف في وجهات النظر ولذلك اطلب احتواء الازمه باجراء لقاء للوصول الي القرار الذي يحقق مصلحة البلاد

وتابع الوزير قائلا ” اذا كان فكري يوسف قد طالب بتطبيق نظام الاتاوة والضرائب في مزايدة الذهب فانني اعتقد انه علي صواب لان هذا النظام معمول به في معظم الدول التي توجد بها ثروات ثمينه ونادرة مثل الذهب حيث تعجز الحكومات والشركات المحليه عن تحمل المخاطر والمصروفات وخاصة اذا لم توجد خرائط جيولوجية عن  احتمالات تواجد هذه الثروات ونسبتها والتقديرات الحسابية المرتبطة بهذه المعلومات” وقال كمال للاسف الشديد بعد تحويل هيئة المساحة الجيولوجية التي كانت تعد هذه الخرائط الي هيئة الثروة المعدنية انشغلت الاخيرة عن اعداد هذه الخرائط والتركيز علي طرح مزايدات بنفس اسلوب هيئة البترول بطريقة اقتسام الانتاج مع الشريك وقال ان نظام الضرائب والاتاوات  احد 4 انظمة لاستخراج ثروة باطن الارض ومعمول به في عدد كبير من الدول عندما يتعلق الامر بعدم وجود خبره اضافة الي مخاطر كبيرة في العمل والتنمية لانتاج هذه الثروات
