قالت مجموعة شركات مدكور بانها تفخر بكونها الراعي البلاتيني الرئيسي لفعالية تركيب مصيدة قلب المفاعل للوحدة النووية الثانية بمحطة الضبعة النووية. والتي أقيمت تحت رعاية الدكتور محمد شاكر وزير الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة.
وتٌعَد مصيدة قلب المفاعل أحد العناصر الأساسية في نظام الأمان بمحطة الضبعة النووية. وهي أحد المعدات المميزة للمفاعلات النووية من الجيل الثالث المتطور 3+، وهي عبارة عن نظام حماية فريد يتم تركيبه أسفل قاع وعاء المفاعل بهدف رفع درجة أمان وسلامة المحطة.
وقد حضر الحفل الدكتور أمجد الوكيل، رئيس هيئة محطات الطاقة النووية، والمهندس محمد رمضان، نائب رئيس هيئة محطات الطاقة النووية، والسيد أندريه بتروف، النائب الأول للمدير العام للطاقة النووية في الشركة الحكومية “روساتوم”، كما حضر من جانب شركة مدكور الدكتور مصطفى مدكور، رئيس مجلس الإدارة، والمهندس محمد صقر نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة لاستراتيجيات الأعمال والتحالفات.
