With 10M Dollars Investment, Petrojet implemented a linkage line between the buoys of SUCO’s and ZEITCO’s at Gabal El Ziet.

Petrojet has successfully finished the execution of the strategic line of 30 inches and 6.5 KM height; which connects SUCO’s buoy with Gulf El Zeit and ZEITCO’s buoy with investment of 10M dollars.

An official at MOP stated that; today, an operating trial of the line took place shipping from ZEITCO and will be shipped from SUCO tomorrow.

He clarified that the aim of constructing the line is to allow the possibility of shipping from either of the two buoys anytime. Moreover, the establishment of the line will allow the isolation of the SUCO- Gulf El Zeit buoys, so that the Sino Tharwa’s marine-1 drilling rig can enter the area safely. In addition, the Dragon company can start an exploratory well drilling in the concession area southwest of the Gulf El Zeit.
