تنفيذا لتوجيهات السيد المهندس طارق الملا وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية قام المهندس محمد شحاتة رئيس مجلس الادارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة بتروسيلة لإنتاج البترول بزيارة ميدانية وذلك خلال يومى 24، 25 أغسطس 2022 ورافقة أثناء الزيارة كلاً من المهندس خالد جزر المدير العام والعضو المنتدب لشركة بتروسيلة و المهندس خالد حمدان مدير عام العمليات وكلاً من مدير عام الأمن ومدير السلامة والصحة المهنية للاطمئنان على سير العمل و التعرف على العاملين بمواقع الشركة المختلفة.
وقد شملت الجولة موقع سيلة الرئيسى والذى يحتوى على سعة تخزينية عشرة الاف برميل ومواقع الإنتاج بكلاً من ( سيله 2 & 10& 16 ) ومناطق المخازن واستمع شحاته اثناء جولته لشرح مفسر عن امكانيات الشركة والسعات التخزينية وطرق نقل وتامين المنتجات البترولية.
كما أكد رئيس شركة بتروسيلة على ضرورة زيادة الإنتاج الفترة القادمة مشددا على أهمية الإسراع بتنفيذ برامج الإنتاج والتنمية والتواصل والمتابعة المستمرة وذلك بمساعدة الشريك IPR لإزالة أى تحديات حال وجودها. مع ضرورة تطبيق سياسات السلامة والصحة المهنية وحماية البيئة بالشركة، وتحسين ثقافة واداء منظومة السلامة والصحة المهنية وحماية البيئة واتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة تجاه السلوكيات الغير أمنة والتواصل المستمر والفعَّال مع كافة العاملين بالشركة لنشر الوعي بأمور واشتراطات السلامة والصحة المهنية وحماية البيئة كما اشاد بتأمين كلاً من محطتى تجميع المنتجات البترولية بموقعى سيلا الرئيسى & وشمال سيلا العميق بنظام إطفاء ذاتى وشبكات إنذار ضد مخاطر الحريق.

To check on the workflow and Getting to know the employees at the company’s different sites The tour included both Silah base site It has a storage capacity of ten thousand barrels and production sites of both ( Silah 2& 10& 16) and warehouse areas During his tour, His Excellency listened to an explanation about the company’s capabilities, storage capacities, and methods of transporting and safing petroleum products and he confirmed we must increase production in the coming period Stressing the importance of accelerating the implementation of production and development programs, communication and continuous follow-up With the help of a partner ( IBR ) to remove any Challenges, if any With the need to implement the company’s HSE Policy and Improving the culture and performance of the HSE Management system And take the necessary measures against unsafe behaviors Continuous and effective communication with all employees of the company to spread awareness of the HSE requirements he also commended the safing of both gathering station Silah base and north Silah Deep with fire fighting system
