أعلنت الشركة الوطنية للغاز ناتجاس، إحدى الشركات التابعة لڤالمور القابضة، عن بدء تنفيذ شبكة لتوزيع الغاز الطبيعي في المنطقة الصناعية بمدينة 6 أكتوبر الجديدة، في خطوة استراتيجية تعكس توسع الشركة في واحدة من أحدث المناطق الصناعية الواعدة في مصر. و يعكس هذا التوسع الدور المتنامي لناتجاس كشريك في تطوير البنية التحتية للطاقة بالمناطق الصناعية، من خلال توفير حلول متكاملة للغاز الطبيعي تعزز جاهزية المنطقة للاستثمارات الصناعية، وتلبي الاحتياجات التشغيلية للمنشآت بكفاءة واستمرارية، بما يدعم نموها على المدى الطويل.
وتمتد المنطقة الصناعية بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر الجديدة على مساحة تقارب 16 مليون متر مربع، وتضم 7 مطورين صناعيين و269 مستثمرًا، ما يعكس حجم الفرصة السوقية وأهمية توفير بنية تحتية قادرة على مواكبة احتياجات المنطقة التشغيلية الحالية والمستقبلية. ومن خلال هذا المشروع، تسهم ناتجاس في تعزيز جاهزية البنية التحتية للطاقة داخل أحد التجمعات الصناعية الصاعدة، بما يعزز جاهزية المنطقة لاستقبال وتشغيل الاستثمارات الصناعية، ويوفر للمنشآت بنية تحتية للطاقة تدعم احتياجاتها التشغيلية الحالية والمستقبلية
وتتولى ناتجاس أعمال الهندسة والمشتريات والإنشاءات (EPC)، إلى جانب تشغيل وصيانة شبكة توزيع الغاز الطبيعي الرئيسية، فضلًا عن تنفيذ التوصيلات الداخلية للعملاء في مختلف أنحاء المنطقة. كما توفر الشركة خدمات الاستجابة للطوارئ على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع، بما يدعم سلامة وموثوقية واستمرارية إمدادات الغاز الطبيعي للمنشآت المتصلة بالشبكة.
ويأتي هذا التوسع ضمن استراتيجية ناتجاس لتعزيز حضورها في المناطق الصناعية والتجارية ذات القيمة المضافة، وتنمية قاعدة عملائها من كبرى المنشآت الصناعية والتجارية ذات القيمة المضافة. كما يدعم المشروع توجه الشركة نحو تعزيز مساهمتها في ربط المنشآت القائمة والمستقبلية بشبكة الغاز الطبيعي، وبناء قاعدة تشغيلية وتجارية قادرة على دعم نمو مستدام لمحفظة عملائها على المدى الطويل.
وتتمتع المنطقة الصناعية بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر الجديدة بموقع استراتيجي يعزز من جاذبيتها الاستثمارية، حيث تقع بالقرب من المنطقة الصناعية القائمة بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر، وتمتد على طريق الواحات، مع ارتباطها بعدد من المحاور والموانئ والمناطق الصناعية الرئيسية، بما في ذلك المنطقة الصناعية بالفيوم، والميناء الجاف بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر، وموانئ الإسكندرية والسخنة، والطريق الدائري الأوسطي ومحوري الضبعة والمركزي. كما يعزز هذا الموقع من أهمية توافر بنية تحتية جاهزة للطاقة لدعم المستثمرين والمنشآت الصناعية العاملة بالمنطقة.

جدير بالذكر أن الشركة الوطنية للغاز ناتجاس تأسست عام 1998، وهي إحدى الشركات التابعة لڤالمور القابضة. وتعمل الشركة بموجب اتفاقيات امتياز مع الحكومة المصرية، وتندرج ضمن مجموعة نات إنرجي، حيث تغطي مناطق كثيفة السكان تشمل القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية والبحيرة. وتدير الشركة 25 محطة لتخفيض الضغط، بقدرات تتراوح بين 5,000 و150,000 متر مكعب في الساعة، بما يضمن توفير إمدادات طاقة مستقرة لنحو 900 عميل صناعي، وأكثر من 12,000 عميل تجاري، إلى جانب ما يزيد على 2 مليون عميل من القطاع السكني.

Cairo, 9 September 2026: The National Gas Company (NATGAS), a subsidiary of Valmore Holding, announced the commencement of its expansion into the New 6th of October Industrial Zone, where it is developing the natural gas distribution infrastructure serving one of Egypt’s newest and most promising industrial hubs. This expansion reflects NATGAS’ growing role as a partner in developing energy infrastructure across industrial zones, through the provision of integrated natural gas solutions that enhance the zone’s readiness for industrial investment and meet the operational needs of facilities with efficiency and continuity, supporting its growth over the long term.
Spanning approximately 16 million square meters, the New 6th of October Industrial Zone brings together 7 industrial developers and 269 investors, reflecting the scale of the market opportunity and the importance of providing infrastructure capable of meeting the zone’s current and future operational needs. Through this project, NATGAS is contributing to strengthening energy infrastructure readiness within one of Egypt’s emerging industrial clusters, enhancing the zone’s readiness to receive and operate industrial investments while providing facilities with energy infrastructure that supports their current and future operational needs.
The expansion forms part of NATGAS’ strategy to deepen its presence in industrial and commercial areas with high added value and grow its portfolio of high-value industrial and commercial customers. The project also supports the company’s approach to strengthening its contribution to connecting existing and future facilities to the natural gas network, and building an operational and commercial base capable of supporting sustainable growth across its customer portfolio over the long term.
NATGAS is responsible for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), alongside the operation and maintenance of the main natural gas distribution network, as well as the implementation of internal customer connections across the zone. The company also provides 24/7 emergency response services, supporting the safety, reliability and continuity of natural gas supply to facilities connected to the network.
The New 6th of October Industrial Zone benefits from a strategic location that enhances its investment attractiveness. It is located near the existing 6th of October Industrial Zone and extends along Al Wahat Road, with connections to a number of key highways, ports and industrial areas, including the Fayoum Industrial Zone, the 6th of October dry port, the ports of Alexandria and Sokhna, the Middle Ring Road, and the Dabaa and Central axes. This location further underscores the importance of having energy-ready infrastructure in place to support investors and industrial facilities operating in the zone.

It is worth noting that NATGAS was established in 1998 and operates as a subsidiary of Valmore Holding. The company operates under concession agreements with the Egyptian government and is part of the NatEnergy Group. It serves densely populated areas including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Beheira. NATGAS operates 25 pressure reduction stations, with capacities ranging from 5,000 to 150,000 cubic meters per hour, ensuring stable energy supply to about 900 industrial clients, over 12,000 commercial clients, and more than 2 million residential customers.
